I used to be extremely! shy and would never think about talking to women i didn't know, i was to intimidated! But i came up with a step plan that worked for ME. I've been doing this for almost three weeks now and i feel a lot less anxiety when i'm out.
Step 1:
-Just talk
I started out just going to parties and clubs just to talk and be social with guys and girls. Didn't do any game but just tried t be social until i worked up to the center of attention a lot of times. I found that even just this, running no game just talking, pople in general were interested! I got a lot of new friends, Wings, and made a great impression on females who had hott friends. This last however long it takes could be a week or even a month. Can be done with alcohol, i did drink the first couple of times just to make the conversation easy. I actually had fun! This also brought up my confidence in myself, people found me interesting. didn't get a date during this phase but i was proud of myslef. I had talked to complete strangers, a massive improvement. The biggest thing in this phase is just don't expect to meet women cause then you will screw up.
Step 2
-Talk to women
This is the step I am currently in, i have mastered the talking to men and unattractive women together, but now i will talk to just women. i think of it as an experiment not to try and date them. i have a good personality but before this i could never use it in front of attracve women. I'm getting to that point. Gain female friends, don't try this with a girl your interested in because you'll be a friend, use it on married women or women there is no chance with, for some reason or another. "if you impress her friends her friends will hook you up" i've found that to be true a lot of times!
It's all about confidence, if you excel and you interest people you will be confident when you approach a set. All together i am in the third week of the two steps and am doing good. I've used the "Game" a couple of times in bars but haven't fully succeded, would say i have gone to early A3 then i blow it.
Also i'm a big believer in going one step at a time when it comes to gaming. I will first want to master opening, then master attraction. After that I will work on comfort, however i am already confident in that stage i just need to worry about the attraction phase.
I hope this works for people becuase it has worked for me so far. It's an easy concept. |
