This is something really easy that everyone can use. Probably best in a C2 location. I have used it a couple of times and it has worked out great.
Note: If youre new to SS/NLP then remember that you dont have to remember all of the words. Simply watch it a few times and you will understand the structure.

well... the video is out of context as well. you are sitting at home, dissecting it from a link on a PUA site, and you know the purpose and you are just an anonymous observer.
If you are an active participant, on the other hand, say in a bar or a cafe or restaurant... then your attention is going to be focused on the person talking to you, and not sooo much on the fact that they are playing around with a sugar packet. I mean, you will notice that, but your brain just kind of registers it and keeps track of the motions, but unless you are very bored, your active conscience is following the conversation.
And the conversation is heavily keyed as well. Certain phrases, the tone of voice, subtle but definite changes of voice and posture which work to shift/confuse the mind and put it into a very short state of trance, all of it anchored in with, in this case, the motion of the sugar packet.
But the packet is rather funny... its situational (why the hell would you have one out in a club for instance, plus you need a table) and its too symbolic for my tastes. I prefer kino, usually by holding their hand, or squeezing their arm, which you can also slide by altering the pressure. You can also do it thru eye contact and the actual sound of your voice (go for low and harmonic).
