Hey. I am a little bit confused on what I should do in this situation and would appreciate everyone’s help. Here is my story.
I am new to all of this. About 6 months ago or so I started reading some David D's books and I have had pretty good success when I put the stuff I learned to use. I still have a long way to go to consider myself a PUA but I do understand how the game is played.
About a week or so ago a good friend of mines girlfriend gave my number to one of her friends and told her that I was a really nice guy and she should message me. The girl (HB9) messages me and we seem to get along really well.
Today my friends girlfriend invites me to go to dinner with her, her friend (the HB9), my buddy, another 2 HB9's and another guy that she has been friends with for a long time that i have never met before. However she did tell one of the 2 other HB9's about me a little while back and wanted me to meet her but I never ended up meeting her.
Soon after I get this invite the HB9 I have been taking to invites me as well. I told both of them that I would like to come but I am not sure if I can that day and I will let them know later. HB9's reply was "Okay, but it would be really good if you could come"
I have a little bit of social anxiety which is why I think I would blow it if I went to this dinner. One on one I would be fine but I get a little bit intimidated with situations like this. I should also add that they want to go to a club afterwards and that is definitely my weakness.
If you guys could give me any pointers it would be great.
The only way you will get over anxiety is if you try. For some security go to the internet and learn 3 jokes you can use at the dinner table if you notice an awakward slience.
When you get to the club, just hang out and enjoy yourself. You will be fine. The girls know how to handle themselves in a club. They will take the lead. Just smile and show them you are reliable. You have to be congruent with who you are.
It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed. - Theodore Roosevelt
