Depends on how formal she spells it (love, luv, wuv), and how she uses it.
Usually anything other then 'love' is infromal and playful/friendly (maybe positive is better then friendly). This is usually a response thats used when your funny, intelligent, or impress her in some way.
Sometimes its used as a kinda Neg, but still playful and positive. You bust her balls and she says thats why she luvs you.
If the context is more serious, like if you comment about you likeing her personality (or something) and she responds that she 'loves you' or is 'in love with you'...thats just weird.
With the above anything thats not serious (and weird) could be played off...just keep pushing, or simply resipricate. If she used it as a Neg tell her you luv that she snorts when she laff's (or some other charater trait). If she says she loves you (because your humorous), then maybe compliment her, use of 'wuv' or 'luv' is optional.
If its just wierd id run, fast...stop typing and/or reading this and run, shes probably outside your window watching...
Hope this helps. |

lol yeah it depends on the context... if it's friendly or funny etc... anything but dead serious... then it's nothing to worry about. Personally when girls who are just friends of mine say that to me I respond with "I know"... lol which usually gets the responses of "You ass" or something about me being cocky... and a sudden flurry of IOI's.
If she's serious and it's not happening at a normal time for someone to proffess thier love to you. (not during an intimate moment, or sex, or in a LTR) then I agree with KA... run, fast.
If it is during an intimate moment, then carefully play it down, and state your intent... then try to damage control. (unless you love her back, which I'm guessing isn't the case since you posted this) |

it generally depends on the purpose.. if it's a friend then it's not meant serious unless she's been stalking you like Swimfan. Generally the best answers are something along the lines of the following
friend: i luv you
you: i know/damn straight!, etc
OR
friend: i luv you
you: i don't love you
friend: why not?
you: don't worry, it doesn't make you special, i hate everybody
this last one always gets a laugh.. never failed
if she's saying it seriously than that's just weird |
