can someone tell me the difference between seeking approval and reaction seeking.?. i think i know but wanna here it just to clarify it.....and I'm not being parnoid but iv noticed people look at me more since iv read about inner game , can people sense your peace or something.. lol

Seeking approval is seeking a specific type of reaction. It's basically just trying to impress people. You feel inferior or insecure, so you try and impress them with some shit to make them think better of you. It's exactly the same as seeking validation.

Reaction seeking is doing anything to get a reaction and attention from others rather than just doing it for yourself because you want to. The reaction you'll get might be positive or negative, so it might be seeking approval or causing conflict. If you dont care what others think about what you're doing/saying then you're not seeking a reaction
