She didn't really sound DIS-interested to me, during your back and forth, but it was a business transaction... and she did try to bargain with you.

Only you can judge whether you were getting any IOIs and interest from her during your actual in-person interaction... Did you escalate at all?

Could be she just wanted the clicker.

You could wait a day and message her something like "C'mon I thought you were good at this whole bargaining thing. You won't even counter-offer a coffee?"
