Because your oneitis is rooted in a scarcity mentality and the enlightenment of an abundance mentality hurts even better. Wait, nvm. It doesn't hurt at all. It just feels better.

Your current view of romance is socially programmed by Hollywood and shit like that. There's better. You should search for it because it's fucking awesome, but know that searching involves letting go of the old.

Knowing how things work removes the mystery around it. Some studies on how to relieve mental pain after disasters show that if a person know what and how i happened - the pain disapperes faster. On the downside, if you know how something positive works... you will get rid of the positive feelings faster.

So, simply, by knowing how attraction works you will not be as astonished about you getting women to like you. That's a price you'll have to pay if you want women in your life. Don't get me wrong, love will feel the same, but romance might be a bit... hm.. logical to you.
