There's all sorts of ways that you can work piercings into your game. Up until just recently I had 4 rings in the top part of my left ear (had to take 2 out for a job and they grew over) and a barbell through my right ear (an industrial), as well as my tongue ring and a nipple ring. I've also got 3 tattoos and if someone comments on them, which happens a lot actually, then I start chatting about tattoos and piercings, which leads to all the other ones that I/they have.
For instance, usually people comment on my Industrial and don't really even look much at my other ear because they think that it hurt a lot for some reason. So I end up talking about how my left ear hurt a lot more because I got 1 ring done first and thought it looked silly, so I got a 2nd about 2 weeks later and it was still really fresh and sore as hell, so it hurt a lot, plus I had gotten the Industrial done about 2 weeks before that first one, so I couldn't sleep any way aside from on my back for like 3 months. I also had that ear done so that all 4 rings were different colours and sizes, going from a 12 gauge black, to a 14 bronze, 16 gold and 18 silver; darkest to lightest, biggest to smallest.
The whole point is to demonstrate that tattoos and piercings aren't just punk things to me, they're art, they mean something and I'm looking for like minded people who appreciate that sort of thing. Also, they end up sharing whatever they may have and become invested because now we've shared something somewhat personal and if we end up talking about tongue or nipple and more piercings, then things start getting sexual and we start tossing around some innuendo, which is basically flirting right off the bat, or it gets that way pretty damn quick if things are going well. Sure, Feelinlucky may be right that girls think about making out with a guy if he has a tongue ring, but I'm even more sure that they think about what he's like with oral and if they haven't by themselves, then I have no problem getting them to think about it by bringing it up and talking about it with them.
This is a perfect example of multi-threading too. You can start out with something as simple as them asking if your tattoo/piercing hurt, or what it means (I have 3 kanji on my right arm, so I get that a lot) then you can transition into other things you have to say about your body art and you end up leading into sexual innuendo and flirting. Now that you've got several topics that you've used to get from point A to point B you can easily go back to talking about one of those subjects again and maintain the sexual innuendo. After that, you can start talking about all sorts of anything while maintaining that flirting attitude and then you just have to reel them in, which as long as there's nothing preventing you from pulling the trigger (aka boyfriends, friends, awkward work or school situations, etc in the way of you making a move) then you should be able to easily at least kiss a girl if this is a bar setting. If you've done a good job of making her think about what a tongue ring can do for oral sex, then you could very well end up leaving with her pretty quick.
