When you deliever them, should your attention focus mainly the obstacles? Or do you keep equal eyecontact with the group.

Sometimes you might want to completely ignore the target altogether until she says something and even then, maybe pretend you didn't hear her, "cause she was just being so quiet over there by herself," for an added neg.
Sometimes though, I'll give my attention to the target, then once I start talking to the obstacle, I'll just get carried away with that and forget about the target for a while, so she feels exluded and fights for your attention. When that happens though, appologize and just joke with her about it, again saying something about how she was just so quiet off by herself and how interesting her friend is. That will make her want to be heard by you and also make her jealous, so now she'll be fighting doubly hard for your attention. _________________ "The 'Brick Walls' are there to allow you to prove how badly you want something!" ~ Randy Pausch
