Ok How Do I OverCome My Shyness!!!

Ok so I am in the 10th grade, and am still in High School. Now I believe we all know there are plenty of girls, and that means plenty of opportunities. However, there is something holding me back, and that is the fear of getting a bad response. Even though girls say I do not look like the shy type, but really I am. Therefore, I am held back from talking to many girls.

I am begging you MPUAs to help me get through this stage, because I believe all you MPUAs been at this stage before.

-Participate in class more. By talking to the whole class, it will definitely be easier when you talk to one person. Do not hold yourself back when you answer the question wrong, people make mistakes.

-Talking to your male friends more. It will help improve your inner game. There will be less anxiety when you talk to someone of a different sex.

-Try to get invited to more social events. eg: movies, parties, ect

If you fuck up like I did in high school, there is college. I was pretty lucky to find this forum and read hella shit over the summer, cause I seriously did not know what the fuck I was doing wrong. I have to say, I am much happier than I was in high school.

I know where you coming from bro, I was always nervous but made the class laugh so I didnt understand why I could be an idiot for the whole class but couldnt approach a girl alone.
All you can do is step up, swallow hard and go for it. You arent trying to get anything out of the conversation except the actual conversation itself. Baby steps is all this is. Go up to a girl and ask her something about your homework keep it completly focused on the homework pretend you really dont understand keep asking questions. The longer you stay there just rememeber this is so you can go to the next stage do not change the subject under any circumstance if she wants to bring her back to the homework this will show you how to direct the conversation where you want it to be (in your control). This technique makes way for later more advanced techniques where you direct it sexually. Peace keep us up to date.

be cocky funny its easy to get into, just make sure u got the body language to back it up while you're doing it. Even though it doesn't sound right, you find out how to do it right by doing it wrong.

start up with random girls on campus, then start with girls in classrooms, cause u know if u mess up u see them everyday for the rest of the semester/year.

-push her softly in a big crowd and tell her to hurry up

then just do it more often after that, and soon u'll find its not so hard

Try looking at it like this...

Even though you consciously realize that an approach or a bad response isn't something to fear, your subconscious does not understand this. You need to prove it to your subconscious. If you grew up not approaching strangers, not talking to many women... Well, it's a drastic change of behavior if you start.

Try making at least one approach everyday. You don't have to focus on "gaming" any of the girls (though you may want to keep the possibility in the back of your mind). In fact, it can be something as simple as "hey, do you have the time?" If that's already comfortable for you, bring it up a notch. Smile, introduce yourself, and ask for her name. Just make those approaches! Let your subconscious know that there is nothing to fear, especially a silly outcome. There are millions of oppertunities out there.

Take it one step at a time, and you'll soon find yourself having no worry over this stuff at all.

Yo Mike D.

I've been we you are. I can only give you one advice.

Talk to everybody, say hello to every girl you see. Make eye contact and smile. But keep on walking. Do this everyday. After a few weeks you will notice that you'll be more comfortable with talking to strange people.

I started working in a computershop as a salesman, i know not the place to meet girls, but i got alot more comfortable with talking that way.
