I was at a house party the other night. Working in the hospitality industry basically means that a good portion of my male coworkers are gay and the women are attractive. The house party was jumping. The girls were laughing, dancing and drunk. All of the dudes were standing around with their drinks, most of them can't dance anyway. I dance and so do the gay dudes.
Still I felt completely cock-blocked by the gay dudes. Rather than blame them for cock-blocking, I'm wondering how I can become as "non-threatening" as they are. Because I'm tired of seeing girls play around with these gay dudes when there are willing heterosexual males in the same room.
I feel like masculinity is dying when women prefer to give lap dances to gay dudes than straight dudes.
What's a guy to do?
The only step I know to do on my own is to "not be dependent on any [sexual] outcome." But still, I'm seen as a threatening heterosexual male. |

Learn to become the alpha male, there are more then enough posts on this forum that will point you in the right direction. Just use the search function.
I'll post some actual tips aswell.
Girls love gay guys because the gay guys almost always understand girls. They act the way girls like conciously and unconciously. Copy those little things they do and AMP IT UP in MANness. Gay guys know how to touch women, observe that, notice all the small touches they make. However ou really need to man it up or they will think you are gay. It has something to do with authority and intent to do, Can't go into those to deep due to lack of time.
Everything that is done with enough authority is natural. You can literally say with enough authority you are James Bond and people will percieve you as like him. (''great'' example in the early morning)
And you need to put intent behind all your actions. What is your intent? What do you want? See if she is a potential girlfriend? Convey that intent! Convey kissing intent a bit before you want to kiss her. |

if you're implying that I should act gay, then you missed my point. I'm trying to be more fun and attractive than the gay guys while not acting gay at all. Masculinity is dying and I aim to preserve it. Why on Earth would I want to act less masculine? Nobody should act like someone else, we should only be acting like the greatest versions of ourselves. |

| If you watch them, you'll notice that they are extremely comfortable in their own skin and don't flinch away from human contact of any sort, they are very "touchy feely". This is an important quality to possess. They also have non-threatening body language that shows that they aren't going to make any moves that people will consider aggressive. It is primarily their body language that sets them apart from what I have witnessed, so I always enjoy hanging out with gay men and assimilating their traits, while remaining straight. |
