I work them into other structures, like punctuation ambiguity, some language patterns, along with using anchors. I may touch their upper arm when I'm talking to them. I would agree if you're just trying to embedd a command, but, from hello to have a good day, I'm trying to captivate their attention, so the entire communication is hypnotic, which might be the difference. I use them sparingly, usually when we're at the peak of a good time, her pupils are dilated, she's started touching me, and I want to seal what we have in her subconsious mind, so she can remember that pleasant experience.
