Now i understand why i hardly force my self to open one set every week or so and do not see any progress.
I kinda open set's when it's completely natural or not so direct like "a set waiting in line" ect... and the thing is i was thinking that AA is created by a false belief, this is true but i thought i can overcome it once and for all. wich is not correct actually.
it's like flexing a muscle, if you do it regularry, you get results, if you don't you're doing nothing.

i guess i'm one of those then. kinda frustrating.
I have everything but the balls and my awareness about my looks. kinda sucks, but this video really opened my eyes and gave me a reason why i'm not making any progress but also i found out it's not that easy when you 'don't have the balls'
