| I would think that some methods of pick up (cocky/funny vs mystery method vs NLP vs Gunwitch vs Annihilation, etc) are harder than others to learn. Which ones are easier to learn and apply? I know, I know, it depends on the person, but generally, what are your experiences here? The one PUA I've spoken with so far has had nothing but praise for cocky/funny. Let's hear your experiences! |

| It's all in how you come to understand what works best with you. Every piece of knowledge you gain in seduction you need to apply, and learn from. After you study it enough you apply it in such a way that it's unique. Artist use tools differently based on their personal preference so do the same. |

| Take what you want from each school of thought I say. I use cocky funny, mystery's peacocking, juggler's "just be yourself". |

There's months worth of reading at my fingertips. Where would you suggest I start? Mystery? DeAngelo, Juggler, Gunwitch, Style, Jeffries? |

| If you're not naturally funny, then either you can read DeAngelo and try to improve on that area. You can also try Juggler method and not use Cocky & Funny. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Work on improving your weaknesses and then improve your strengths. |

| I'd say my problem is keeping the conversation running. I can start it, but then it'll turn into a boring interrogation of the girl if I'm left on autopilot. |

| Go out 4 days a week for 4 hours. Open 10 sets every night and you will get used to applying this stuff threw practice. |

| Become interesting. If you know that you don't do anything interesting and you don't have any interesting stories (which is highly absurd as we've all got stories whether you are out rockclimbing and surfing, or just go to work and school), then read some interesting books and learn some cool subjects, join a martial art, get a hobby. |

SDub, I really appreciate the honesty. Any time I hear some advice without information on how this knowledge was obtained, I've no idea whether it's good or not. If everyone could do this, I'd be a lot less wary of this forum. And everyone else, yes, I know. I should practice. I worry since there's only 100 000 in my town and no nightlife that I'll run into the same girls all the time. Stupid excuse, I know. I'll get on it. |
