Play it kl, if you know you're gonna be somewhere with her again then next time you catch her giving you eye contact give a massive wink. it has to be ott so it's funny, not cheesy. She'll probs give you a wink back - mirroring - or laugh.
if you don't know that you'll see her again, create an event and ask your friend to come and tell her to invite some mates. with any luck she'll bring that girl again, but don't ask for her directly.
