Okay, I went out of town with my buddies and hit a local hookah bar. I saw a 3 set with a 6,7, and an 8. I don't know why, but approach anxiety got the best of me that time.
40 mins it took to get enough courage, and open the 3 set.
I used the dental floss opener and added a root, but not a time constraint.
The conversation was kind of weird and unnatural. So I just ended it with a "okay thanks for your opinions".
Then, 10 minutes later another 3 set came in. It was an HB 8, 9, and some guy they were with. I don't know why guys, but sometimes this stupid approach anxiety gets to you.
I've only opened 1 set that night. But, I have a question.
If I open a set where everybody's around, and fail. Does that lower your value towards other people?
Because I had the feeling that when I approached the 3 set, it didn't go well.
I had the feeling that people would just think that I'm a loser, (which is not the case)
For some reason, is age a factor? I'm 18 years old and never had a girlfriend. Sometimes I have MAJOR approached anxiety, and sometimes I just don't care and always try.
How can I at least approach with consistency? I'm so tired of being afraid of nothing.

My solution... Go to target-RICH environments that way you will have no problems going from set to set. In a small place all eyes will be on the hottest girl but in a bigger place only the very closest people will see you crash and burn. People mind their own business and if you eject with "nice talking to you" or any other polite stuff, there is no way that they will even notice that you were rejected, you just exchanged a few words and went back to your friends.
