theres a difference in negging and being rude
when you are talking about a girls hair, they are sensitive about it, that is their most prized possession out of anything exterior on their body
think about it, girls spends numerous hours doing their hair and maintaining it to look good for the guys, then you tell her she should do it better, thats like a slap in the face
analogy: girls have hair, guys have cars
you work your years saving up for a nice expensive car, you keep it clean everyday, car wash everyother day, hand wax it yourself, spend money on rims and whatever else to make it look good and a girl comes up and tells you you should take better care of it. in your mind you are like what the fuck are you talking about, i do this, i do that, what the fuck.

I work in escort agency co-owner I see hb10++ everyday 24/7 but sorry to shatter your car dreams I dont give a fuck bout their hair if its nice or not.
You really pissed off my day after work, Ive drove some nice cars in my life worth over 100,000 euro, but for it seems like you would start cry if some one came to young and say ur car was not you saw it as, and really I dont see a car like my thing like the girls their hairs, I have other values. |

Well its just not may day I admit that, and all makes mistakes even the best in the game, here is a good example. I apologize for my asshole behavior and want to keep it peace, it turned out in wrong way about this fucking bitch its always some bitch who make us guys go different ways.

They can be somewhat insecure at times.
You know, as it taking themselves and their appearance too seriously. 
That 'neg' was certainly over the top.
You would have probably been a lot better off telling her she had very beautiful hair and if she would like to get a drink later. I suspect the young lady was somewhat nervous being in a foreign country as well.
I personally don't neg strange chicks on their physical appearance. I think it's counterproductive. Items of clothing, etc.. ok.
Now, let's try not to insult each other anymore guys. We all make mistakes. And if we don't share them, nobody learns from them.
