Try placing your hand on theirs in conversation and lightly squeezing hers, or grab her hand and move around the room. While your relocating slow down just a bit and gently squeeze. At this point if she is already letting you take her hand around the room, thats 2 IOI's if she squeezes back.

I have a question or two, mostly situational to one of the girls I'm talking to right now.
