I approached her after class and walked with her around campus for a little bit. I ended up getting her number, and I called her the next night with no answer. She texted me back a few hours after saying she had just gotten out of work (keep in mind, says she works only two days a week. The following day I had asked her to come out to eat with me and she was all for it. That went well and we pretty much clicked right off the bat; same taste in music, sports, same major in school, cars; you get the point lol. The day after the first date I called to let her know how great of a time I had with her, and she seemed really enthusiastic about it saying how she also had a great time and that we should definitely do it again sometime. So I'm starting to really like this girl; shes pretty much me in a hot female body. Another couple days passes and I ask her if she wanted to hangout that night. Again, texts me back a couple hours later saying she has work (this was on one of the nights she said she didnt work though). I assumed she was into me so I thought nothing of it. But she texted me back another couple hours later and we planned to hangout after class ended the next day. So I get to class the next day and shes not there, I text her asking if we were still on for today and I get nothing back. So I'm kinda confused here, did I just get stood up? and if so, then why? I've been taking things slow with her, but we really have a good connection so far. So what do you guys think?

If she really is interested, she won't have to be chased down for a second date. I also don't think she would go out of her way to skip class to avoid you, maybe theres something going on more than just work that she's not comfortable enough to tell you just yet that has prevented her from being able to hangout or go to class.
Personally, I would probably stop texting her for a few days and wait for her to text you first. When she does, don't try to set up a date too quickly, wait for her to revive your previous date proposals and then take it from there.
Good luck.
