Late 30's guy London based . I'm not exactly new to pua done a lot of research and looked into daygame quite abit but never had the confidence to try in field. Would like to gain confidence and work on my social dynamics as well as approaching , closing and general pua skills. Any help along the way would be great and would be great to find a regular wing to meet up with . Thanks in advance Jacob

Neither did I.

I remember being out of town one time and going out during the day with the purpose of meeting women. I walked in to a bookstore and there was a really cute girl with black hair sitting there at a table reading a book. I didn't say anything; I didn't know what to say and I was terrified of rejection.

In between girlfriends that were met through social circles, I was literally reading PUA stuff for YEARS before I took any substantial action.

When I finally did, this time I had said "enough is enough." So I opened a girl I saw, talking normally about something going on around us, and she lit up and was very open to having a conversation.

That's when my world changed.

I highly encourage you to do the same.
