I have a major problem with my women concerning making the relationship into a more-than-friends one. I can make women attracted to me easily and I can usually get their numbers but I can't ever seem to escalate the relationship to more then friends! Right now there's particular girl that I wanna get with but the problem is she hangs out with all my friends and me. I can get her to like me best but I'm afraid to make moves because not only would I lose her as a friend but it would also be awkward when she's around my friends...I want to know how to make sure the girl knows that I want to be more than just friends like off the bat!

my sticking point is pretty much the same as yours.
In your case first of all realize this: YOU SHOULD NOT ONLY CARE ABOUT ONE GIRL. You must be willing to lose her (Quoted from Mystery).

If you met her through this group of friends, I see why you are concerned, but at the same time you shouldn't because you won't try to rape her, just try to escalate things with her. If she holds back and LJBFs you, just pretend its nothing and next time try to bring a hottie with you, even if that hottie is just your friend. This has worked 2 times for me already (but I must admit I'm very lucky because my friend is a HB10 so most girls get very jealous).

If you've met her randomly (i.e. sarged her) and just brought her to your group, then this thing shouldn't concern you at all, if you mess it up, she'll just carry on going out with HER friends, after all it was YOUR group.

Finally get this: you like this girl NOT as a friend, but as a girl. So you should NOT care about whether you lose her as friend or not. You're beyond friends anyway, so chances are there's no way you will ever see her as a friend in the future..
