K, I don't know if anyone has had a problem with this stuff, but if you had, i am here to help.
First off...
it is really important to be ready for the girl, the last thing you want to do is have your gf or any girl over., and you get caught with your pants down (In the bad way).
Step #1- Body: This is what i would say is the most important part, before looking at your room, a women will first want to check you out, and do you want to look like shit? of course not, so here is a couple of easy things to do.
1. Smell nice. Take a shower and put on some deodorant. A women has special senses that are keen to smell, imagine that she is a dog, and she can smell if you didn't put on axe this morning.
2.BRUSH YOUR TEETH. I can not emphasize how important it is to brush your teeth, and floss, and use mouth wash. in fact brush two times a day, until you have perfect white teeth. this can also fit into the smell section.
3.TAKE CARE OF YOUR HANDS. you might have been doing stuff all day that adds up dirt, so before she comes over, wash your hands. also, it is really important to have some lotion, so that there is ruff edges and sharp needles coming out of your hands, besides, if she rubbs your hands and likes it, she is most likely not gonna regret rubbing you penis, you may even want to put lotion there.
Step #2-Room: Your room is the most important part of your house, ever, no questions asked. it is where you make out, it is where you get laid. Here is what you need to do.
1. HAVE MUSIC READY: in fact, when she says shes within 5 minutes of coming there, start it, so it doesn't seem like you are preparing to make out, your the just the type of guy that is surrounded by music. Here is My playlist, named ITBR (in the bedroom).

Blah Blah Blah, personally, i get sick of some of the songs, but does your woman care? no, she will love it, and will think of you as classy.
2.HAVE THE ROOM AT THE PROPER TEMPERATURE. I usually like to have the room cold, so that she will want to cuddle with me, which leads to making out, not to cold though. IF it is cold outside, have it warm, so then she will think, "wow, this makes me happy, i come inside and it is already warm, and i feel good," or something along the lines of that.
3. HAVE A NICE CARPET. as lovedrop said, taking off a women's shoes is a kin to taking her panties off, and a rug can lead to that. have something shaggy, soft, or the kind that's so soft, that if she doesn't take off her shoes, it will feel bad on her feet.
4.HIDE YOUR PUA BOOKS. The worst thing you can do is to have a bookshelf with nice books, then as she looks closer there is a few books on having sex with women, and then you have to hide it. I had it happen once, she didn't look at my books, but she was suspicious, and thought that i was weird or something, heck, she might think that you are trying to hide a book on making bombs or something, so make the good books obvious, and the bad books hidden.
5.HAVE THE RIGHT LIGHTING. most peoples houses are built with the lights pointing downwards, and this stairs into the womens face, and she might feel like she is in the operating room. Buy some little lights, and point all of them up towards beautiful paintings, or seanary. I have a beutiful portrait and some flowers that are litten up by some light, then the shawdows of the flowers go up, painting the walls. have tinted lights.
Step #3-Mishellaneous: I think that there are some important things besides the other two that are important. Such as...
1.HAVE WATER. let's say a women walks into your house and it's 90 degrees, she's hot, she's pissed, and she wants to slap someone in the face. To prevent this, I like to keep water bottles, especially cold ones so she can quickly cool down, then you can start gaming. Even if it's cold outside, have water, because it she's in bed and starts caughing, you might need it then. no matter what, have water ready, something crazy might happen.
2.HAVE CONDOMS. No argument needed, keep them close, safe sex is important.
That is all I have for now, there is so much more that you can do, just make sure you are ready or prepared for anything.
