i think body language and posture is a very important part of PU
alot of people convey the body language of a beta male without even realizing it
so here are some tips to help you be more alpha
whenever you walk through a doorway;
imagine a robotic hand comming out from the top of the doorway and grabbing your head, lifting you up into the air, making your whole body aligned; aligning your head, neck, spine, shoulders, torso, everything, just stretching you out, making you stand tall
now just walk around like this all the time
you will appear more confident and more alpha, make eye contact with everyone, and dont be the first to look away, and smile at everyone that catches your eye

also don't forget to speak slowly and make slow calculated moves.
everything you do must seem calm, calculated.
You've got to be excellent in everything you do.
even try some meditation to help out if need be. |

You've got to dress the part to. I find that when you dress important, you start to feel important.
I'll usually throw on a blazer and a nice shirt when hitting the bar. I find it makes you stick out, even if the dress code is really lax. |
