Ok so I do this a lot when I get LMR and can't remember the last time it failed but you need to be 'well-in' already.

So your lying somewhere secluded where you can have sex ie. your room. She keeps stopping you or moving your hand when you go to put your hand straight in her underwear/jeans - in fact jeans don't work so well here.

This is provided your already at the level where you can kiss passionately. So kiss her and squeeze her arse nicely, this is quite simple and not too strong. Do all you can 'upstairs' ie rubbing her tits through her clothes and continue kissing, kiss her neck starting low down her neck and work up to her ears, sucking ear-lobes - this works well. However this is all extra to cement the close.

The key part is the arse. Massage and squeeze the arse nicely and slowly, from the back move your hands closer to her p**** so at the last point your fingers are brushing over it. massage it in a circular motion and you will not only move her arse if you get what im saying, she should moan a little and once it feels close push your finger in to her, still having them outside of her underwear, push it hard and try and push it inside her keeping a good rhythm, try and move up to the top of her p**** and rub her clit.
