I've never asked a girl out before in my life...I've only been in longterm relationships with girls I was friends with for a long time and they ended up asking me out. So I have no idea how to ask a girl out + I have an immense amount of anxiety surrounding even the idea of it...so I've avoided asking a girl out my entire life as just talking to women is pretty uncomfortable for me.

But there's this unbelievably perfect cashier I saw yesterday. And is def worth manning up for and getting over my anxiety. Asking out a cashier though seems like it'd be kind of difficult...you'd have to time it perfectly so that people aren't behind you in line so you're rushed, or she doesnt wanna be hit on in front of other customers etc.

Does anyone have any links to articles or posts here that cover how to pull this off with a cashier? This girl easily gets hit on 50 times a day working there...which worries me...I have no idea how Im gonna be so ultra special and stand out...I feel like Im just gonna be another guy annoying her. I don't know how to open or what to do, I've never done it before. Can someone let me know what I should say or do? And any links to where this has been covered already would really help me out!

Why do you need to be so special? Your not gonna glow and float to her side and sweep her off of her feet. Your simply being a charismatic, happy person who's interested in getting to know her better. Happens all day every day in this world.
If you grovel and drool at her feet and dont have the nads to ask her out then yes, that can be quite annoying to women. But just where you can be at a serious disadvantage, you have just as good of an opportunity to be "different" from the rest. And it's simpler than you think...


Personally, I think this is where you actually have your biggest advantage. It's polite to get out of her hair while she's at work. It's nice to be considerate of her feelings while at the work place. It's also whats stopping you from taking the proper initiative to talk to her.

Imagine going up to her, tons of people behind you waiting on you, and you engage her in a little small talk. Be funny, happy, and give off a fun vibe. These people are still waiting for you to finish and move aside....but your not done. Because you haven't gotten the girl yet. Remark on how your holding up the line but you'd rather stay and talk with her some more. Dont leave yet. Be a border-line asshole about it. Now how many of those 50-odd guys will do that?...

Stay in there and be cool and talk to her. Tell her your gonna get "jumped" by the people in line if you hold it up any longer and that you wanna talk with her some more and arrange something. Thats being bold and assertive.

An opportunity you'd NEVER have trying to be polite and passive with not only her but worrying about everyone else in the store. That behavior never gets the girl.

Haha, well thats what I'd do anyways. I reached a certain point in my life where the "Give a Fuck" needle is just broken on the meter...

Even if I was passive and polite it'd be a pretty big step up from completely avoiding talking to anyone like her. I've only seen this girl once and when I got back I made this thread about it....When I was at that store I saw her first thing when I walked in and I knew there was no chance Id even go to that register. And I didnt...I made sure to goto another girl who coincidentally was really good looking as well LoL....But I didnt feel awkward around her because I just had a completely different attraction towards the other girl. The kind where Id never forgive myself to fumble around with my debit card and show any signs of nervousness around.

I'm not charismatic, I cant be funny or happy when Im under so much pressure and I have no idea what to say. At best I can answer with 1 word sentences. Sometimes I can surprise myself when I want something bad enough though....I know how to act cool and I feel like I could probably pull this girl regardless of my stupid fears.....But then I'll have a million other worries if she wants to go out with me because I'm almost 100% positive I will screw that up badly. Dating is the most terrifying thing on earth to me and meeting her family is no picnic either. Im sure she'll love it when I say no to coming over to dinner with her fam etc. I have the worst kind of anxiety in social situations with women.

I was kind of hoping to take steps to overcoming that by starting this thread....Ive avoided this kind of experience for far too long now....But I dont know how to approach at all. What pua material should I be reading for day game?
