You can do several things. Go out and do things that make you feel more happy about yourself and more competant. Also go out SARGING and approach many woman as you can until you make it!
How I achieved it was starting ONLINE flirting and chatting; using tactics I learned. Pre-programmed my mind to think a different mind-set about situations by using AFFIRMATIONS.
When using AFFIRMATIONS: use present tense and positive. Never, "I am not", "I can't", 'I shouldn't"
Use the word, "I am..." or whatever that is POSITIVE and in PRESENT TENSE. What I learned about AFFIRMATIONS is that it taps into the subconscious mind and eventually trains it to think different.
Or you can do SELF-HYPNOSIS which also worked with me. I'll discuss that later in the SELF-HYPNOSIS forum.
Some examples of AFFIRMATIONS you should try is. Everytime you go to bed repeat these until you fall asleep or when a negative situation happens just repeat the AFFIRMATIONS in your head.
1) I am super hot and women love me.
2) I am what women want!
3) I am sexy and I know it!
4) People that are jealous is because because they ADMIRE ME!
5) I truely and profoundly accept myself and love myself. |

So we all know that all the guys with the hot girlfriends/hot girls at the club have one thing in common- confidence.
I have a very simple agenda that allows you to maintain your confidence, be yourself, while still being able to fit in with the social group as described above. And here it is:
All you have to do is keep yourself entertained, and women will naturally be entertained.
It might sound obvious, but you would be surprised by the amount of guys that DO NOT entertain themselves. If I am not bored, then I will have fun. As I perceive it, the people around me have fun. But if I am bored, typically, I perceive the people around me are bored too. And everyone is a loses in the end.
Last night I went out. After running a few sets at one bar, my friends and I decided in favor of a quick venue change. I had all the "liquid courage" points I needed; it was enough to get me on the dance floor within the first five minutes. As soon as I began dancing, this hot chick came up to me and asked me to "battle" her friend. I was thinking, 'I am not sixteen, that's lame as shit'. So I decided against it. But the weird thing was, I don't think I even responded to the girl. Not because I couldn't, but because I was keeping myself entertained. At that point I realized, that if you keep yourself entertained, then NOTHING else matters. It is a very powerful tool indeed! |
