| Hey all, im very new to this site and the whole PUA game in general. I read The Game about a month ago and it really opened my eyes. Anyway, im a mortgage broker and not a bad looking guy. My problem is that im scared to death to approach females. Usually i meet girls through friends. There is this gorgeous asian girl that works with me. shes 30 years old (im 22) and a very down to earth person. ive spoken to her before but only about where shes from blah blah. im interested in her but dont really know how to do it in a work environment. especially since most of the guys that work here have hit on her or are hitting on her constantly. help! |

| you have to get attention with out making it obvious to her. dementstrate higher value. when you pass her in the office or cubicle. tell her she has something food on her face or crap in her eye. |

| Okay ill work on that. i think alot of my fear also comes from the fact that she older than me so i dont know if we will have anything in common to talk about. we are at the casual conversation stage so basically i need to figure out a way to bridge it into friendly flirting i guess |

That is a good way to go from casual chit chatting to a more serious relationship type thing. Just start with nice normal touching while you talk and slowly work it up from there. The more IOI's you get the farther you can go with it.
Someone on here may have a better option but I am guessing that you don't really touch her much at all do you? No touchie= No relationship. That simple. Seriously, think about it. |

| Lol no there has been no touching of any kind yet. like i said before EVERY guy that works at the office hits on her all day everyday (shes gorgeous, def a 10). and i never wanted to be on the same list as them. so im playing it extremely safe. maybe a little too safe? |

The trick is to get on her radar without the obvious hitting on her. Magic isn't only slight of hand but of the mind.
Be the one guy that talks to her and doesn't interject about having drinks on Friday.
I am guessing that most contact with her would be at her desk - ie she is sitting down and you stand? Do not lean in! That puts up a defensive mindset immediately in her - remember she is used to 35 jerks a day doing that and they usually hit on her with some dumb assed remark. Squat on your haunches - put your head below her eye level. Puts her in a position where she feels control.
Then take that from her by telling her you have a date - need advice on where to take a hot Asian woman in your town. She is going to wonder why that hot Asian woman isn't her. Leave it at that. Next day its an easy neg about how it didn't work so well.
As a mortgage broker - you know, economically, that scarcity drives up price. You need to show her you are worth pursuing. Real or not she needs to thing people WANT to date you and she is going to wonder what is so great and why you haven't asked her yet.
This one probably isn't going to be a one day pick up - lay some ground work - you KNOW you will have opportunity to continue the game (that is all it really is) as she has to be there every day. |

I already scored a colleague once, she's also the hottest girl where we work, and yes, she too is a constant focus of attention. Eventually, we actually dated for a while. How did I achieve that? By not trying. She got frustrated that I wouldn't give her attention.
Stand out. Don't be like the unimaginative fools who take the obvious choice of straight up hitting on her. Keep your distance. In fact, you can even make fun of the other guys approaches to gain value. And make it so that she'll be the one who wants to get closer to you.
Don't be an obvious 22 year old boy trying to score the older woman, be a man who knows his own value.  |

dude, you have no clue how amazing she is, and its not just her looks, its her personality that makes her look even hotter. you know how some girls might be pretty but their personalities make them less good looking in your eyes? well shes awesome inside and out. |
