How do I HOOK-SET and BUILD ATTRACTION?

This is Stealth! I need a fellow PUA to give me some advice! I create an OPENER; how do I know I've gotten to the HOOK-POINT and know attraction has started? What clues do I look for? I know there's three from Mystery's method:
1) If she opens herself more in the conversation
2) If you squeeze her hand she squeezes back.
3) If she asks you questions in return.

However, is there any more I should know about and also how do I successfully create an HOOK-POINT after the OPENER?

In my experience, if you DHV well, the hook point comes automatically. In the past though, I would rush it - I'd try to to seek it out, look for indications that it's there and I've succeeded. What I learned was that if you have to look for it, I don't think you are quite there. No matter what the tells are - the hand squeeze, the questions, flirting done by the HB, kino by the HB, etc. - it all amounts to one thing: she does not want you to walk way. She is intrigued and she is enjoying whatever it is you are doing - routine, game, or just plain talking. I recommend fine-tuning your DHV and some routines. Before you know it, the hook point will come automatically. At least, that's what worked for me.
