best way to sarge girls in the gym and the recepionists.........please note i am a total begineer so still try to decode the jargon that goes wih being a PUA.

Ok...I work at a gym so I have tried some of this stuff.

If you got a nice body obviously use that to your advantage.
Basically, as far as people who are just working out, don't be afraid to approach them at any time b.c. they are there to get noticed, most likely they will be wearing something that shows off there physique, but they are there for YOU! They want to look good for YOU! So whether they act like it or not, just approach open with something witty and funny, see if you get some IOIs... just be confident act like you own the gym and try and close, make her feel comfortable. As far as girls at the front desk, that is a little more tricky b/c you have to catch them at the right time when they are not busy, then there attention will be else where..my advice to you is ask them to help you out pick some clothing either for you or for a friend and lure them away from the desk and other distractions..just be aware that they might be sending false IOIs to get you to buy something... so yeah, try it man see how it works.

i tried one today... i just did it for practice to see how it worked... i was working out and i noticed this chick, she wasn't worth my effort of getting anything past just opening her and making feel comfortable... She was doing ab workouts on a mat, i walked up and this how the convo went:

ME: Hey, I was wondering if you could help me out.

HB4: Sure.

ME: Well, it looks like you work out a lot (IOI) and I was wondering if you could show me how to work my lower abs?

She said of course, she was flattered that i noticed she looked good with me really saying she looked good and I was asking her for advice, she told me some stuff, I BSed with her for a lil bit...then I said thank you and moved on...it was that simple.

i work at a gym as well and the main thing to keep in mind is that most women at the gym are self-conscious... that's why they're at the gym. this should help your confidence a bit when approaching a HB.

i wouldn't so much ask them for help at the gym... kinda gives the HB a little bit of power of you. instead, i would approach them on something wrong they were doing that you can improve.

i also throw in a neg sometimes (based on how she warms up to me). i say something like, "well you look pretty good, but i think your inner thighs need a little bit of shaping. lemme show you a couple of exercises that might help."

yeah, but you better know what your doing as far as working out or act like you know what your doing b/c you don't want to sound like a douchebag who has no idea wtf hes talking about. Honestly, Gym Sarging is pretty easy girls give out their number like candy, you can start a conversation 154195091354 different ways. Keep on eye on clothing like school shorts, (you went to school there? cool, my friend goes there), this girl came in today she had a wierd hair dye pattern i negged her and asked her how she came up with that style, and made a joke about what crazy hair style she turned down for that... its easy man you just got to be confident and talk to them

approach a girl on a tread mill or any eliptical and ask her " want to race?" if she says no just say its cool you look slow anyways, if she says yes just say ok then i'll give you 2 weeks to train, then when you see her in the gym again always tease her and say you better be training your going to need it. This is field tested just don't use it on every girl in the gym.

girls are really receptive at gyms just go up to a girl and just be like... Do you think bowling is a real sport? or do any one opener "I need a female opinion on this, I asked a couple girls already they said some dumb stuff, you like someone who can give me a intelligent answer, then ask her whatever (i.e. My friend broke up with his girl who treats him like shit, and they still hang out and she still treats him like that, what would you recommend?) its easy.

Gyms are great places to try out lines. There is basically no competition for sarging. And you could be as playful as you want, because they aren't expecting anything. I like DLV openers, such as "Hey, I am training to be a body builder. Want to be my water girl/ masseuse?" This usually works and gets a laugh out of them.

ok so i have been goin to the gym for a while, and the receptionist def has a thing for me, she always throws looks my way but i never have the balls to walk up to her and start a conversation

i have seen her so many times, that it would be awkward to just start talkin to her now,after seeing her about 100 times over the past few months

i work out in this gym that has classes, and she works behind the desk, usually i just work out with the weights so i was thinkin about going over to her and saying something like.....

heyy, would you consider yourself a gym expert?

listen, i have been going here for the past few months and i just cant make it to one of these classes, i need some motivation....

the problem is, this thing goes no where, i was hoping someone could work on this and help me mold it into a decent routine, then ill test it out, its built up for months and its time to attack...
