I think it's the code on your grill.
Like when you make sandwiches the code tells you how dark to make them. (Comes on the wrapper) |

That's not girl-coding, that's people coding. If you don't like someone you'll leave, if you don't like someone but your friend does and she seems ok you stay because of your friend. This really does not differ from girls to guys at all. Just different signs to look for.
Anyhow, to refer to the definition, it is quite easy to spot. The girls look at each other all the time, if one of the girls got a neutral or kinda stupid look when she looks at other girl, then it's what you call "girl-coding". That is also when you know you have to focus on the entire set and not just one girl.

i definitely agree with exerio, that is why you need to practice the mystery method, and if you do it right, the girl you are interested with know you DHV than her freind and look to you for approval not her freind.
