David Deangelo said in one of his programs - I can't remember which one, but I think it was the Advanced Series - that one thing everyone should try is getting their hair cut by a guy.
What do you guys think of this concept? Anybody ever try it before and noticed a difference as opposed to getting their hair cut by a woman?
I'm about to go get my haircut at a more prestigous place than someplace like costcutters, and my hair is a real mess right now. I want to experiment with two things:
1). If cutting your hair at a more 'professional' venue and ultimately shelling out $50-80+ is worth it.
2). If guys give better haircuts for guys than women.
Also, since I may be taking before/after pictures, let me know which looks better. |

Well I doubt a good hair do is affected by the hairstylist's sex, its more about their skill and experience...
the only reason I think it wld matter that a guy cut your hair is becuz he's a guy n may know how a goodlooking guy looks, lol I can't really explain it, if he's gay, he'll have a femenime understanding of a guys looks and a guys understanding on the look aswell....=/?? |

| yup, highly suggest it actually. i had my haircut by a guy for the first time about 3 weeks ago, it was the first time ever (well, since the days of going to a barber). He was a homosexual yes, and I did catch flack for it from some friends. BUT everyone was in agreement that it was a very good looking hair cut, and i personally feel that it was one of the best haircuts i've ever had. so, try it and see what you think. it cost me about 30$ |
