Hi Guys,
OK. First field report.
Went to the pub, but there was only a bunch of guys sitting out the front and inside there was a fat chick sitting with 3 other guys. I thought, oh well, I'll just have a drink and go home.
I went out the front where I discovered that there was a HB7.5 sitting with the bunch of guys. I didn't see her b4 coz there was a wall in the way. Some drunk guy was chatting to her, so I thought it was all over, but I was there, so I started talking to one of the old guys sitting at the table.
I found out that the guy talking to the hot chick was some gay dude, who promptly left, that's when I said to her "I like your hat, my friends GF has one just like it"
She assured me that her hat was a one-and-only creation, so I said OK and kept on talking to the guys. B4 I knew it, they were buying me drinks. I told a few jokes, then the chick started telling jokes too. I gave her a bit of shit coz she was reading the jokes off her phone, rather than having them memorised.
I went to the toliet, and when I returned, I sat next to her. I asked her if she believed in ESP. I wrote a 7 on a piece of my notebook, then told her not to look at it. Of course, the first thing she did was look at the piece of paper. I told her she'd blown it, but I tried again anyway. I wrote a 5, gave her the folded paper, then told her to look into my eyes and guess the number. She guesed a 5, and I told her that was freaky shit and we must have some kind of bond.
That's about when I blew it.
She grabbed my notebook and said, "let me have a go". She wrote a number and I guessed it was a 3 or an 8. It was an 8, then she wanted another go, she wrote a 4 and I guessed a 2. That was it, game over, she turned away from me and started talking to another guy at the table.
So, I'm not too sure where I fucked up. Not building enough attraction to start with, or letting her take control in the whole ESP thing, or just bad delivery. Or should I have tried to get back in the conversation when she turned away?

In short.
You let her play you in the ESP game, made yourself to easy and then when she turned away you didn't do anything about it.
If it were me I would give her one go of the game if she blew it, you make her work back to be able to play it with you again.
After she has achieved this dont do it again, to me it shows you dont have anything more interesting than the same repetitive ESP game.
Bring something else in.
Make her work for your attention. To me it seems like you were a little preforming dancing bear. |

| Shouldn't have let her play. You should have said "No way, if you push a bond like this you'll just break it. You're too greedy." and then turn away and talk to one of the guys, tell a DHV story or something. Make her look desperate and clingy. |
