First phone call (I am a real newbie in a sense:)

I get all flustered and insecure and in pain when I first call a girl (probably due to past depression). Any advice? What should I say? What should I not say? How do I demonstrate higher value without being cocky etc.? Both with blind dates and with phone numbers from bars etc.?

First of all, don't get flustered or nervous, its not going to help you one bit. Before you call, clear your head and just remember that its only a girl, and the worst she can do is reject you. Which in actuality is what? NOTHIING. When you call her, keep your tone loud enough to make sure she hears you with ease but not so your yelling into the phone. You don't want to ever have to repeat yourself (something beta and omega males do often). In all honesty, you can talk about whatever the hell you want, just make sure its interesting and/or funny. Demonstrate a higher value through showing intelligence with confidence. Use high vocabulary but stray away from sounding like you read the dictionary. You can also lie to demonstrate higher value, tell her you have to go cause your late to a meeting for homeless kids or a walk for cancer or something along those lines. It's not lieing if it doesn't hurt anyone, so white lies can always be employed to demonstrate higher value. As far as blind dates, I've never had one so I can't really say much about them other than the fact that what I just said probally applies pretty well.
