Energy levels

I've got a real problem keeping high energy levels and I don't know how to fix it. This goes far beyond gaming. It's with my family, my friends, girls, whatever.

I think I spend too much time alone (I have a solitary job -no co-workers). That must be the root of it, but hell, it's getting in the way. Usually on a sarge night, I'm fine after having interacted with several people, by the time I meet a few girls I like, I'm on fire. But after that, the first date is usually always low energy and I don't know how to turn it around. It's like when you're gaming, you have no fear because you can just move on if it's not working. Hell, you can move on even if it IS working but on a date if it starts to go downhill, I'm screwed.

I'll try to do things, like pump up music and get feeling good. I generally work out and eat healthy, so I don't think it's a physical thing.

I dunno... any ideas as to what I can do to fix it?
