Day game openers are typically better if they are direct and situational. When you are in a club or night venue women have their shields up and you need to come in under the radar more, with an indirect opener and approach. With day game women are less for lack of a better word "prepared" to defend you off. So that is why something more situational and direct works better.
I mean if you're in Starbucks and walk up to a table of girls and say, "Did you see the fight outside?" I doubt it'd work right. But if you walk up to her and say something like, "OMG, did you see they have the new mocha xxxx?!?" It would work better.
I know this is an extreme example but I just want to make my point clear.
I disagree, In night game, girls will be expecting any form of approach as a possible pick up attempt, hence bitch shields up, however if you use an indirect opener they'll still think your trying to pick them up and your more shy (DLV)
Direct openers always demonstrate more confidence (DHV)
In day game, I think its better to start off with a short indirect opener and then shift into a direct opener.
Girls need to be stopped (assuming they are moving) before opening properly and using an indirect opener will slow them down before opening properly with confidence.
you - Where is the nearest starbucks/cafe/anything
Girl - blah blah blah
you - okay, to be honest I just came over because I thought you were interesting/cute/friendly/anything and I wanted to meet you.
If your target is stationary then just open with a direct opener.
