I keep a journal where I write all my experiences with lot of self-criticism, trying to find out my sticking points and keep track of my success.
On a side node, there's a book called "Love in the time of cholera" by Gabriel García Márquez where the main character, Florentino Ariza, keeps a log of his girls eventually f-closing 600+ of them. Nice reading.
600, not a bad number!
I tried to read 100 Years of Solitude a good few years ago but I was weirded out by the surreal/postmoderny style, it was sort of like a bad LSD trip.
