Hey guys thought I had to share this with you although I f*cking hate advertisement and plugging other peoples stuff. I was in my bookstore a few weeks ago when I came across this Gem its not a PUA book but just a general book on Building Self Confidence its by a famous British Hypnotist called Paul McKenna for those of you who havent heard of Him and simply called Instant Confidence. There is a section in the book on dating and confidence which is OK but parts of it are a bit AFC, however what is more important is it comes with a Hypnosis Audio CD. Its actually quite strange how well it works I have read the book and listened to the CD for a few weeks now and quite a few of my friends have noticed the difference.
