Ok So i asked this girl to come watch a movie with me and she said she'd love to which is great. I had some approach anxiety but i did the 3 second rule and it worked out pretty well. Even though i was only asking her to the movies i have Aproach Anxiety so this was a personal win for me. Now today i want to ask her for her number, but i dont want it to seem like im getting it to give her information about the time for the movie or whatever, i want to ask her in a way that she KNOWS im asking her for it because i like her and not just cause of our movie. Is this much more simple than im making it? Should i just go up to her and flat out say "Hey you should give me your number?"

This is probably a really simple question with an obvious answer but I could really use some help here guys cause i really like this girl

I think that may work. I think my problem is that i have known her for a while (like aquantences) but only started to really talk to her recently. So she knows me and vice versa so would that still work?
