|
|
I got a couple of numbers over the weekend and am going to arrange some first dates. The whole 'meet at a bar for a drink' is so cliche and boring.
My first thought was bowling. There is a great upmarket 1950s style bowling alley in the city (I'm from London) that I've been to before that would be perfect (its also a diner type place as well).
My question is, both girls seem to be really 'girly' girls and I'm thinking that they might be put off by bowling???? All I keep thinking is 'smelly bowling shoes, smelly fingers from the bowling balls uergh'.
Am I just getting paranoid or has anybody had any definite success with a date like this? |

| I have had many bowling dates. Personally I think it's a great. The only thing to be carefull about with girly girls... Do they have fake nails? Acrylic nails and bowling is a bad combo.. for obvious reasons, lol. |

bowling dates kick ass
go cosmic bowling if you can. it's 10x better to bring a girl to.
if you don't call it that. it's bowling with glow in the dark balls, music videoes playing and black lights. very fun stuff, grab a beer while you're at it |

| The only problem that I have seen with bowling is if its a one on one date. Its your turn, then her turn, then her turn, and you never get alot of time to talk except for in between, not to mention the loud atmosphere. Its just fast paced and not chill. I suggest telling her to invite a friend and invite one of your own. The sentiment is not forgotten and it still provides you with a way to keep your game strong and talk to her. I also find that its helpful to keep first dates casual. |

Or if she scores a strike you can throw her over your shoulder and spank her |

Or in those interesting moment she shows you how to hold balls....I mean the ball also you can invite another group of people over to *share* the bowling fare with you by having a "competition" that way you can increase your sitting down time also most bowling places serve food as well and have a bar inside of them (or at least the ones I know do) so I see no reason why bowling isn't a good first date. |
