Went to West 50, a bar in Mississauga. It had a live band and plenty of girls. I am trying to improve my social skills, but I did no have my talk on, so I did not do any approaches.
Here is what happened, I was next to the bar talking with a buddy of mine, when all of the sudden three girls are walking by. My eyes instantly catch the last which was wearing a red top. I saw her before in the bar, she is blond and has a very striking look. She knows she is hot and is playing her part. As she is walking by our eyes lock, there is no way I am backing off from eye contact. It was a 4 second eye contact, I gazed into her eyes, there was no smiling in the interaction, just a dominant look right into her eyes. She did not break this look either, just walked by.
My buddy felt the intensity of the eye connection, "He was surprised, saying he does not see that too often". He immediately told me she is coming back, as she passes by she places her hand on my waist and swipes her hand across it ever so subtly. I did not prepared for it and I was facing with my back to her. The next morning I though I should of grabbed her hand which was on my waist and hang my other hand over her shoulder, like I own her. I would then ask her name, tell her I like the way she hold eye contact, then tell her I am curious how she moves and ask her to come ask me to dance when a song comes up she likes. The reason for this is that I take salsa classes and I think I am a decent dancer, to any music.
The surprising thing is that when I was at a table with friends I saw her and her friends with some other guys. It looked like she was there with someone. Any suggestions how you guys would handle that situation? I need to work on improving my wit, any suggestions for that? |

i don't have anything helpful to say, its just funny cause a similar thing happened to me at a house party a few months ago...
i had made solid eyecontact with the hb, turned away and was talkin to a buddy of mine, she and her friends walk by and she lightly strokes her hand across my waist...i wasn't expecting that either - i turn to my friend and gave him a "wtf look", and he didnt know what to say about it either, lol
thing is i had seen her earlier with her bf (according to someone else)... |
