i posted a topic earlier about a sarging at work, well i ve been working really hard on a girl at work and im real keen, i get the ioi via smiles and lots of eye contact and general chit chat, ive recently thrown in a few negs etc, and its all going well..
now im left with the big decision and time to bite the bullet and try and escalate this from friendly work chat - to something more, just wondering on some ideas on how to ask her out, so its not too formal.
all suggestions welcome

um its hard to say because we work in different departments, but really maybe total of 5-10mins a day for the last month...general chit chat, fair bit of chemistry, i was worried i was it may just go to the friends catergory, although risky i decided to bite the bullet, probably in hindsight should of held off!
anyway I saw her today and well intitally a little awkward she still smiled and intiated conversation, so you never know, i will continue building the chat now and maybe later on try again...? what do u think |

I think it sounds a little bit like one-itis. OK, try to go for it, but don't fall for her immediately if she agrees to date. C'mon, all these Hollywood movies are just movies - it 99.9999% doesn't work that way. Just make sure it doesn't get in way in business.
Just get out there and ask her for coffee. Be your best self.

The same as Carpe diem, try it remember not to ask her out directly, invite her to join some plan or whatever, go for it, it may look like some normal extrawork fun 
That way if it doesn work it wont affect your working life. |

I personally wouldn't sarge at work just because it may affect work and business but since you've gone that far already, I say you go ahead. Go for coffee or grab some drinks after work. Ask other people to from work to come along, this way it won't look like you are asking her for a date and she won't have her guard up. Once you go out and get some drinks as a group, keep doing your thing, neg her, be the center of attention, be funny, entertain everyone, it shouldn't be hard since you will have common interests with the people at work. Then take her aside telling her you want to show her something cool. Now it's just the 2 of you. Don't kiss close her because you guys would be with people from work and it may be kinda weird making out in front of coworkers. Instead, tell her something along the lines that you she a lotta fun and you should hang out together sometime outside of work. Hold her hand, try to get some IOIs and see how she reacts.
The idea is to progressively get her out on a date. You wanna be careful because you work with her. If you fuck up, everyone at work is gonna know you fucked up.
Anyway, pick a cool place in town where you know she probably hasn't been. It can be anything ranging from a coffee place to restaurant, lounge, a place where you both can sit and have time together. Pick a place that's really out there and untraditional. There you have it, work your magic from then on. Actually if she comes out with you that by itself is an IOI.
