I would wager that pretty much everyone feels anxiety now and then, based on a variety of circumstantial situations. The amount, effect and how people handle it varies greatly however. Personally I used to get it often and pretty bad, nowadays it doesn't happen nearly as bad... only recently it improved greatly in the chick-meeting arena though (ie. learning pick-up and forcing myself sarging to get further out of the comfort zone). Kind of a combination of sorting out Inner Game issues, ignoring it, building your self-conficence in different situations, etc. On this very poll, I think if you vote "It varies" it still means yes, assuming yes means it happens to any degree, and voting no means it never happens to any degree... which I doubt for most human beings.

I truthfully never really feel anxiety. Just depends on my mood whether I feel like talking to someone or not.
