| simple question, what exactly is a 9 or 10? my buddy makes fun of me because i'm attacted to women whom he consistently rates 5 or 6. I don't know if it's my friend or me who is mistaken, we jsut always disagree on this. but i am curious, for guys here, what makes you call a woman a 9 or 10? |

| everyone has there own taste but Hb9 Hb10 i would say where they look like models hot face hot body likw when you see a girl and your like DAMMM!! shes fine and you know others guys think so as well |

I personally have high standards. I realize this and know that girls whom most agree are attractive (including many girls that I've seen gamed by famous PUA's like Mystery) are not attractive to me. I use the HB ranking as purely a way to judge the girls self perception of her beauty. If I say a girl is a HB10, it means she thinks she is gods gift to girls. I've known many unattractive HB10's and some beauty queen HB7's.
The way I rank girls for my friends is a 3 category system. It started as a joke with friends and ended up turning into a fairly easy way to describe the girls to friends who haven't seen her yet.
Category 1:Girl's I'd Date
Category 2:Girl's I Friend for Social Proof who most find attractive
Category 3: Girls who are average but have good personality, and I friend them because their cool.
And if your HB10 is a HB5 for the rest of the people, then that's less competition. You should be happy. Even if you date a HB10 in your friends eye, you still won't find her as attractive as your HB10. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. |

Yep, agree with the above posters. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I'm not even sure I could describe attributes, it's just when you see them you think, wow....... |

I'm with Hobbit on this one. I also like his rating, except I call them different names...
Cute = I'd fuck her, maybe start a relationship
Attractive = Maybe friends, if she's cool - use for social proof
UG = Wouldn't fuck her, but I don't know her yet to know if she'd make a good friend.
I can see what you mean/why you're attracted = I wouldn't friend or fuck her. ;) Generally no one gets into this category until I know her personality.
I play the HB game because other people do, but it doesn't really mean much of anything to me. I do like Hobbit's revised HB rating game...rate them on that scale based on their self opinion. |
