Yes that is exactly what disipline is. Resisting temtation from something you want so you can gain greater rewards later in life. |

You at least know a little bit about yourself. Although I think you mostly said that to try to piss me off. You also probabily felt neglected and turned against the "well established" soceity because you didn't fit in. I hope you can become self aware one day. |

| i think there is a little bit of truth behind this article, i found that when i jerkd before going to the gym i was unable to perform aswell as i would if i never, so if this article is true it would proove why that was happening. And would proove why weightlifters take steroids too boost thier testosterone levels to help thier performance in the gym. |
