In one of David Shade's manuals, he talks about Prolactin, a substance secreted after ejaculation that puts you into a refractory stage ( soft, tired, lower testosterone, etc ). So it's not actually ejaculating, but your body's response to it that can have negative effects.
Women can apparently sense your testosterone by indicators in your face, so having low testosterone can affect your game, aside from the psychological effects that you've already been discussing. |

First off I agree with, "I belive, CHI ejacutlate is basicly for reproduction. Testosterone also produced by balls it is not "IN" cum. Now Ive used masterbation to prolong sex. I will say I that about a month ago I didnt totally agree with this no porn no masturbation thing but AFter I had sex for the first time last month I believe that regular porn and masturbation can fuck up your head.
Example For me. So ive had sex 3 times in the last month and I can not get off!! I mean Shit I got head and sex for three hours and I just couldnt get off! but the very next day With Porn I got off in under 5 minutes. I think that I might have a mental predisposition that I need porn to get off or something.
So after reading this post I think Ill try the no porn no masturbation method and report back what I find.
NOTE: I still dont think that porn is a bad thing. Im just doing experiment to test my current beliefs. |

In tantra men are encouraged to orgasm without ejaculating, it takes practice and training but it can be done! Then I guess you get the best of both worlds (no blindness for women either lol) Tantric masters discourage the use of porn, your aim is to use your own mind and body to create the orgasm not someone elses fantasies. | it seems to me that the words MASTURBATION and PICK UP ARTIST dont entirely go together. I wholeheartedly agree with the fact that it isn't good for us to constantly do it. I remember when I used to all the time. But I stopped after that period and it increased my drive for sexuality. | well i think there is some truth to this but im not sold on it. i think masterbation can be viewed as the video game debate. many parents think the violent video games and music cause violence in kids. i don't beliee this at all. so i dont think watching porn would affect me neatively... you just have to remember this isnt some video with a paid actress, this is a real girl so you slowly increase the freakyness to a point your both comfortable with. dont meet a girl and just assume shes into whips and chains and shots in the eye lol |
