1. Keep a journal. David DeAngelo says it, Napolean Hill says it, Brian Tracy says it and every other guy that is successful in life will say it. I value my journal tremendously. In it I analyse almost every single interaction that I have with anyone. I then think of a way to tweak it and come up with tips to better my interactions in the future.

2. Go to a strip club that has good looking women (at least 8s) and get a dance. not all places are the same but if you're lucky like me and get an HB9 completely naked grinding on you, your motivation to make women like this appear in your life will skyrocket.

3. Want it badly. Have a burning desire to get this part of your life settled. (If you don't yet feel this motivation, refer to tip 2)
