The suggestions i've read so far are pretty good, however I feel there is a vital one missing.
The best way, in my humble opinion, can only come from you, yourself. Think back to a time of absolute confidence, when you felt great and or happy. A time in your past that may just give you goose bumps just to consider in your mind?
These moments are priceless, and represent several different things. It signifies that you have been that way before, and have the ability to be again, it is a time that you have been the person you want to be all the time and more importantly you know how it feels to be that way, and have every resource possible to reproduce that moment a million more times.
Just think, those memories of confidence and happiness...you have them, and know why you felt that way; the situation, the people, the context and so on... it's all there for you to learn and develop from.

if you can't think of a memory like i described....
go make one.
