ok in the past month at the bars/clubs ive had like 3 cute chicks ask me if they have met me before. all three of them i have never met, let alone seen them before. what should my reply be to this? every time i get asked this, i try to turn it into a pickup routine and i dont know what to do. what is a clever response to this in case it ever happens again? either these chicks are really drunk or using it as an opener on me! lol doubt it!

There you go. Just always control the frame. Her asking you this is definately an IOI, but don't return them so easily, make her work for it.

So What went wrong? Can I Salvage this Hb or should I just move on? :D

You culd say that you're the guy from her dreams in a cheeky way. When this happened to me I said: "No I don't think so, what's your name" and so on.
