Hey guys, been a while.

I wrote an article on my PUA just today while simultaneously making a video on how to project sexier body language.

Most of the tips in the video should be common knowledge to more advanced guys.

However, newbies can definitely benefit.

The overall message is to slower your pace, walk and body movements, which creates a sexier man opposed to moving/walking hastily.

Good stuff, especially since these tips are the little things that go unnoticed. The movements in the video are equitable to a dominant figure in a movie.

Perhaps I may be reading into the the movements a little too much, but I notice sense of rhythm. Was this intentional, because the rhythm seems to make the movement appear more confident and intentional.

Thanks for checking it out. Very subtle things like these are crucial in the field. And you're right about the dominant man/Alphas in movies who move this way. That was 1 of the points I wanted to raise.

I wouldn't say you're reading too much into the movements. It's sort of a flow state when you're in the zone...if you know what I mean.

I'm liking this video. I can get quite unaware of my movements when I'm out and I'm pretty sure I make a lot of quick, stiff movements. This video can only reinforce a better understanding of body language and awareness for me.

Thanks! :)

As you eluded to Benj, it takes practice and awareness. Most times, I'm poor at sexual or Alpha body language until I'm actually in that zone or flow state. But as I mentioned in the article linked in the post, most guys will have been rejected before even opening the girl, simply because of their poor body language while out for instance at a bar or club.

Few quick things.

I saw you hiding your thumbs frequently (shows insecurity):

Also clasped hands (like mom or dad holding hands as kids):
http://bodylanguageproject.com/the-only ... -gripping/

I don't recommend leaning against objects as it shows that you aren't confident enough to stand by yourself i.e. need support, a crutch object.

Really?

I'm not adverse to taking criticism but hiding thumb as being insecure?

Clasp hands being an issue?

Leaning in this sort of manner being a crutch?

I think you're focuse on too much details which the average human eye nor subconscious mind can pick up on. But a woman will notice when a guy is blatantly insecure. However hiding thumb being insecure? Who spots this? And if it is the case actually, I doubt it'll killa any guy's chances.

As for leaning, you really have no clue how seduction works. You're not leaning in order to look cool. You're leaving because it sets a sexual frame in the same context of exuding confidence plus making the girl more at ease.

Body language is the details. None of the girls, I would guess, are versed in body language, but we all perceive body language out of our conscious awareness. Hiding the thumbs, clasping the hands (you wring them at one point), leaning against objects, etc. are all documented indicators of discomfort. Will ALL women get this, no, not consciously, but it will trigger feelings in women. These are the small details that paint a larger picture.

Listen, I understand why you might not want to take the criticism, but it's well intentioned. Take it or leave it.

I wholeheartedly endorse 1, 2, and 4. I haven't field tested 3, so I can't form an honest opinion. But that walk is a powerful thing and it will build killer confidence. Pay attention when you walk and pass by people. Most women will look in your eye and smile. Men will normally look down or away as you pass. When I first tested this I had 3 men not look away. Two cops and a security guard.

I don't think that hiding the thumbs shows insecurity. However, as a body language tool, you're missing out on it showing more confidence in your sexuality. And I think your goal is to help us exude sex appeal through an expression of body language. Women read body language like it was their first language, so little things can inadvertently cause DLV. For instance when I first started the walking test, I realized that when I approached people I would inadvertently touch my face. Women view that as a dishonest action subconsciously, and they would have been correct because I wasn't truly confident in the walk. Your body language can make you or break you.

Wonder if anyone in NYC area can help teach this? On my own, I find it hard to observe and correct myself.
