Are there any PUA's in South Africa? Spesificaly in the Johannesburg/ Pretoria area? I cant be the only asshole here...

Well I finally manage to find some SA people and you two are both in Gauteng.

If you guys ever make it down to Cape Town give me a shout and we can braai and then hit the town. There are some Epic places for sarging in CT.

As for Lairs, I think that Kiff is right. SA Peeps are a bit to conservative for that but it could work. Im busy planning a Lair of sorts but not exclusively for PUA's but for the music industry, bands etc etc.

Drop me a line if yo want to chat strategies for the SA type chicks.

I know a handful of guys that half know what they are doing, but there isn't a solid community around that I know of! It would be rad if a legitimate network was established (if there isn't one already - I can't find it). There are the guys at 'Hired Gun' who run a bootcamp and a couple other things, but that's obviously not free and I don't know how good they are, I've never seen them in-field.

I study in Pretoria so i'm generally around hatfield and whatnot, but I go visit my family and friends in JHB quie often. If any of you want to go sarging in PTA let me know. I don't get in enough practise at all at the moment, so im always super keen. :)

Otherwise we should definately be discussing successful strategies here at the very least, as Evochild suggested!~

Finally, I find more guys in SA and the I'm in a relationship!

I highly doubt we have lairs though, but I'm all for discussing strategies and whatnot. I'm still in school, going to university in PTA next year. So I guess the hatfield area will most likely be my regular spot.

DDRQ: yea man. Hatfield can be a great spot, alot of nice ladies around, except there is a problem in just approaching anyone. Alot of the afrikaans girls refuse to speak english and in general are only interested in afrikaans guys, approaching them with english alot of the time immediately puts them off of you. My afrikaans isn't the greatest so I have to pick wisely :) if you are fluent in both eng and afr then you are sorted!!! else start learning, it will help you tremendously. aside from hatfield there is menlyn square, which is where you will find the more 'classy' women. these are the 2 main spots. well if you're from PTA im sure you already know these things.

Again, If anyone is going/planning to be in PTA this thursday, or any thursday (this is the biggest night of every week at hatfield square), let me know!!! :D

Luckily I'm my home language is afrikaans! I don't get much practice talking english so it isn't all that good.

And I was there like 3weeks ago(at the 40days for matric event) on a thursday and it was packed!

Biggest problem for me at hatfield is that the moment I start speaking with a lady I can almost feel all of the huge guys in the nearby vicinity staring at me. And I don't completely know how to handle this all that well yet.

oh man you're lucky then, you should do well with even a little bit of game if you are afrikaans in PTA!!!

yea I was there for the 40 days night...it was ridiculous! the square is never that packed, it was just because of the matrics, they even stopped letting people in! it was crazy!

bro with regards to the big guys...fuck them! literally ignore them! just smile and offer to buy them a brandy! they will almost always grunt and leave you alone if you smile enough :) a couple tips: when you start studying and you are in the square regularly make friends with some of the square security/bouncers, even knowing 1 will get you out of any situation! If you aren't looking for a fight it won't happen. DO NOT try to make them look stupid, AMOGing one of 'those guys' in the square is THE WORST thing you could do, they will murder you. Joking aside, I have seen too many people beaten to death at the square, it can be a mean place if you act like an idiot there. But don't let that discourage you, like i said if you're not looking for a fight you won't find one! people are friendly if you are friendly, just be aware of whats going on arond you. if you hit on a someone's girfriend just apologize and move on quickly. else keep a friend close that will disarm the 'thugs' for you. If you are ever there give me a shout! I don't take shit and have never had trouble at the squre, it's all about your attitude. If you present yourself like you dont take shit, then no one will give you shit! Just be careful man and above all else have fun!!! :)

anyways, sticking to game, I have 2 questions that require advise from someone, firstly: It's kinda the opposite of pickup but anyways: does anyone have any tips for letting a girl know that you aren't as interested in her as she is in you! I have this girl that keeps wanting to meet up with me but I am not interested in getting into anything with her and I don't know how to tell her without being mean :/ usually I go with it for at least one date but this time im not into it at all (first for me!!!) advice?
second: there is a stunning girl in 1 of my classes this semester! I have never approached a girl on campus before or in any environment at university (I generally like to separate my studying from my social life). but I feel compelled to try something. preferably I would like to approach in/before/after a lecture. I only see her in the classes we share twice a week. because I am not use to this sort of approach I am unsure of how to proceed! It's really weird that I struggle with this, becuase if I saw her out I would have no problems, it's just being at university that is throwing me off. I'm worried that the material I use when i'm out will not fit right, I am extremely unpractised at day game!!! any tips/advice?

Firstly I think for strategies etc we should create a new topic.. Or I think so, actually read the forum rules a while back.

And there are definitely more than we know of. And meeting up wouldn't be a bad idea..

hey guys i am just starting out with thw whole pua stuff and i am really interested in getting to know the local community maybe find some one to teach me some stuff you know its one thing to watch a dvd another thing intirely to try it. i live in jhb and if anyone is interested in giving some advice let me know i would greatly apriciate it thanks

Hey buddy , I am at Stellenbosch University and had the exact same problem . I am older than most of the people (21 in a 1st year) in the class and tbh have to be on my own for most lectures ; so my social proof really doesn't shine for all to see.

But there was one girl in that class that was amazing , so I was on my way to class the one day and there she was walking from the other side of the passage which led to the lecture room (in the middle). I decided fuck it im doing this! (which usually is the most difficult part) . So I walked up to her looked her in the eyes and smiled meagerly and as she got closer I gently grabbed her arm and shifted her , so we both faced the lecture hall and said jokingly ," You are not going to ever sit in front of me again!" As I pointed towards the lecture hall (accidental kino)

She replied "why??!!" .
Me : ," Every time you do I get nothing done I just have to look at you the whole time .
She giggled then i walked her in and told her to take the row behind me . She did .

Then i ignored her during the entire class , knowing that if she sat there the entire time that that meant that she was interested . Then afterwards i got up and told her ,"Now you see i actually got some work done ." She smiled politely back .She got up, picked up her bag and was about to leave when I asked her

So how was it??
She replied : How was what ?
Me : sitting behind me for once?
She said it was ok .

Me: So you have sat in front of me , then behind me . Now how about next time you sit next to me in class?
She laughed and agreed .

I told her i have a crazy idea , she wanted to know what it was .
I told her that we should go practice for the next class and go for a coffee.

Then i went to coffee with her :)
